The Fascination of Small Quilting Projects
Chloe at Tangled Thread talks about small projects you can carry in your purse to keep you busy when you’re away from home. What about some small quilting/fabric art projects that you can tote along that don’t take up much space.
These can include glass cases, potholders, artist trading cards (ATCs), fabric postcards, coin/change purse, needle book or any number of small projects. They can be as simple or as complex as you with. The main objective is having something that doesn’t take up much space to carry or work on…and generally can be done by hand.

I’m glad you liked the post :-) I know so many people that carry small projects around with them - why not do something soothing & constructive with your time if you have to wait?

Carry around a project? Oh absolutely! Usually a small project or a piece of a project and some beads :-)

Thanks, Chloe and Cyndi, for sharing your thoughts. It’s a great way to get some work done when we have small projects as well as the larger ones. My daughter says she can experiment with various techniques much easier on the smaller ones, too.
