Online Home of Sunbonnet Sue
I recently discovered an online home of Sunbonnet Sue at www.sunbonnetsue.com, the site established by Kim Bunchuck with information and free patterns of this lovable little girl. Those who once own or make a Sunbonnet Sue quilt, pillow, or hanging seem to fall in love with this pattern. Sue almost takes on a life of her own in the world of quilters.
Kim has done a great deal of research into the history of Sunbonnet Sue and has this posted on her site. Quilts she’s made and designs by others are available for you to see. She also offers a free e-mail newsletter to keep you up to date.

Hello Ellen,
Thanks for visiting Quilting and Patchwork. I’d like to know, too, if Hattie found a pattern. Perhaps I can research this and let you and Hattie know if there is one.
