Quilting Newsletters & Web Sites
Much of our information today comes from online newsletters (ezines) and quilters web sites. Some newsletters come directly to your e-mail address in their entirety, once youve subscribed. Other quilters will send a notice to your address and direct you to their web site for the entire newsletter.
Ive subscribed to two of these newsletters and find helpful tips and information in each. Theyre of different styles and provide you with varying information tidbits of whats going on in the quilters life, new projects, books, and teaching schedule.
At their web sites, where youll find more detailed information, you even might obtain free patterns.
These newletters are Judy Martins Quilting Newsletter and Kayes Quilting Friends Email Newsletter. You can subscribe to them at the web sites: www.kayewood.com and www.judymartin.com .
For more quilters web sites and newsletters, type into a search engine the words, Quilting Newsletters and/or Quilters Web Sites. Or type a quilters name into the web site and generally youll find their web site.
Of course, there still are many quilting magazines still available in print, as well as online. Frequently these magazines will have web sites, too.
